City Sight Seeing Cape Town

Sometimes I get so caught up in the mundane day-to-day existence that I forget what an amazing city I live in.
These moments call for a bit of appreciation and education time. And sometimes there is nothing more fun than playing tourist in your home town.
Cue: the peninsula bus tour! If you have ever been to Cape Town you would have noticed the bright red hop-on-hop-off tour buses with people spilling over the top flashing camera's in every which way. In winter it's still a fun thing to do provided you dress duper warmly and wear a hoodie/beany, beacause the wind chill factor is FREEZING!
It was super fun though: we started at the V&A waterfront, went around town down past Newlands forests, Kirstenbosch gardens, through to Hout Bay (where we stopped for the real fish&chip experience at the Mariner's Wharf - an institution in it's own right), along llandudno, Camps Bay, Sea Point and back to the V&A.
Here are some pics form the trip :-)
