New music festival this weekend!!
What: The Hazenvlakte Music Festival
Where: The banks of the Nuwejaarsrivier Nature Reserve in Bredasdorp (two hours’ drive from the Mother City).
Entrance: Tickets R300 (weekend pass) or R200 (Saturday and Sunday) at Computicket. www.hazenvlakte.co.za.

The lowdown: The Hazenvlakte Rock Festival featuring a mixture of Afrikaans and English acts such as Karen Zoid, 
Koos Kombuis, Bed on Bricks and the Blues Broers. 
Activities include fishing, 4X4ing, mountain biking and wine tasting. Camping on the grassy banks is included in the ticket, however there are loads of lovely B&B's in the area.
