I was lucky enough to have been invited to sample two of the chef's menus during the six-week chef series, held at Sidewalk cafe. The first chef was Chris “English” Ditch.
The second chef Heinrich “Shrek” Koen has been with Madame Zingara for several years and is now Executive chef of Cafe Paradiso. His credentials include time with culinary heavyweights Jamie Oliver and Aldo Zilli. His considerable skills extend to wine and cheese making.
